Logan Sargeant will not be back in action today in Azerbaijan. The Williams driver crashed in the sprint shootout and the damage is such that the American driver cannot be in action.
Sargeant would be allowed to start from fifteenth place, but so the rookie can now fully focus on Sunday's Grand Prix. Nyck de Vries benefits, as he now has one less competitor. It was announced earlier that the Dutchman from AlphaTauri has also gained some more luck thanks to a pitlane start for Esteban Ocon (in both the sprint race and the main race).
