Verstappen launches special merchandise as tribute to Honda

Earlier in the week it was announced that Max Verstappen was going to thank Honda for their help in his title win, and today it was announced that this thank you is a special limited edition collection.

For two years, the Japanese engine supplier helped Red Bull Racing, but Honda is now leaving the sport after that successful collaboration. During the cooperation, the team achieved many victories and eventually a world title.

During the 2021 Formula 1 season they were also thanked by a special Red Bull livery during the Turkish Grand Prix, but Verstappen wants to thank them even more with a special 'Arigato Honda' collection. The collection consists of two scale models of the special Honda-livery. On top of that you can buy a hoodie and t-shirt with a design and style based on the colors of the special RB16B-livery.

"The today launched 'Arigato Honda Collection' is a tribute to Honda for all they have meant to Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing over the past three years. This collection is an 'Arigato' or 'thank you' to Honda for the tremendous work ethic and dedication they have shown," said Verstappen's team in the official press release.
