Red Bull Racing will be in action at Bathurst's iconic Mount Panorama circuit in February. That seems like the perfect opportunity for Daniel Ricciardo to see action for the first time in his new role as third driver with the team, as the circuit is in his home country.

Ricciardo in action on behalf of Red Bull in February?

A Red Bull Racing demo run is scheduled during the Bathurst 12 Hours weekend. This run will be in the RB7.
Who will take the wheel is not yet known, but it is rumoured that it will be Ricciardo. After all, the event takes place in Australia and Red Bull wants to use the driver for commercial activities, so it seems logical that the 33-year-old Aussie will travel to Bathurst to treat his fans to a demonstration.
"Oracle Red Bull Racing are the current Formula 1 World Champions: Just to have them at the event is a privilege, but to know that the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 car will be lapping Mount Panorama will be something else," said director Shane Rudzis in a statement on the event website.

He continued: "This will be a spectacle like nothing we’ve seen at the 12 Hour before and takes the event to an entirely new level. This will be the best opportunity in 2023 for Australian F1 fans to get up close and personal with F1 machinery and an even rarer opportunity to see a Formula 1 car lap Mount Panorama."
