Qualifying for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix kicked off with a red flag. Nicholas Latifi lost the rear of his Williams car and crashed into the wall a few minutes after the start of Q1.
Qualifying Jeddah halted by red flag
Even before any serious times could be recorded, Q1 in Jeddah was halted. Latifi lost the rear of his Williams and crashed into the wall. He is fine, but will go to the medical center for a check-up as a precaution.
The session resumed at 18:14.
