Last weekend, Jos Verstappen was present at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps for the Belgian GP. On the grid, just before the start, the former F1 driver was questioned about former Red Bull team principal Christian Horner by Nico Rosberg.
Whereas Jos Verstappen was regularly present in the past at the F1 Grands Prix to support his son Max Verstappen, the Dutchman does not make an appearance as often in the paddock nowadays. Verstappen Sr. is indeed busy with his own rally career as well.

Rosberg tried to confront Verstappen Sr. at Spa-Francorchamps

In Spa-Francorchamps, the Dutchman was present for the F1 Grand Prix. On the grid, Verstappen Sr. was questioned by former world champion Nico Rosberg about the departure of Christian Horner. "Last year, you said Horner needs to go because he’s destroying the team," the German told Jos Verstappen on Sky Sports.
He answered: "That was one and a half years ago. It’s different. I have nothing to say. It’s fine."

"Now you're quiet," Rosberg continued.
The Dutchman replied: "I'm always quiet," before Martin Brundle moved to conversation to a different subject.
Verstappen eventually finished fourth in the Belgian Grand Prix. Red Bull Racing had opted for a wet weather setup, but the race was held after a long delay. The four-time champion was critical of the FIA's decision talking to GPblog among others after.
This was the first weekend Christian Horner was not the team principal of Red Bull Racing, after the long-standing Briton was dismissed. Laurent Mekies was promoted from Racing Bulls to replace the Briton.
