A filmmaker with a soft spot for Ronnie Peterson, Gilles Villeneuve, Mika Hakkinen and above all, Tazio Nuvolari and Ayrton Senna, is also a diehard Formula One fan since the age of 4 (mid-90's). An avid researcher of the past of Grand Prix Racing since before it was even named F1, and with a thirst for knowledge of the ins and outs of the actuality of the sport, as well as for the technical aspects that define it, is a member of GPblog since 2023, where he has put his love of racing to good use.
After a scintillating lap Oscar Piastri will line up P1 for the Spanish Grand Prix tomorrow, with teammate Lando Norris by his side in P2, and Max Verstappen on the prowl behind in P3.
It was a much more positive qualifying session for Mercedes driver George Russell, who matched Verstappen's time down to the on thousandth, but since the Briton driver crossed the finish line after the Dutchman, he lines up P4.
Lewis Hamilton in P5 managed to beat his Mercedes replacement Andrea Kimi Antonelli (P6) and teammate Charles Leclerc (P7), as Pierre Gasly, a speedy Isack Hadjar and Fernando Alonso rounded off the top 10.
