Lance Stroll will take part in the GT World Challenge Europe at Paul Ricard for Aston Martin, where he will line up on the grid alongside Max Verstappen’s team. Aston Martin has confirmed to GPblog that Stroll is competing in the season opener of the Endurance Cup. He will race for Comtoyou Racing, sharing an Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 with Mari Boya and Roberto Merhi. This site can also confirm that Stroll completed a test at the Nurburgring on Wednesday in preparation for the race.

Lance will be competing for Comtoyou Racing in an Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 with team mates Mari Boya - member of the Aston Martin Aramco Driver Academy - and Roberto Merhi.”

The race at Paul Ricard serves as the season opener for the Endurance Cup and is preceded by the prologue on April 8. In total, around sixty GT3 cars will take the start in the championship.
Verstappen.com Racing will also be present that weekend. Max Verstappen’s team will compete in the Pro class with a Mercedes-AMG GT3, with Jules Gounon, Dani Juncadella and Chris Lulham behind the wheel.
