Robert Kubica will be Alfa Romeo's reserve driver for the 2020 season and the former Williams driver is looking to forward to the new challenge and opportunity to test himself in a different way.

“This team has a special place in my heart and I am happy to see some faces still here from my years in Hinwil.
“Time and circumstances are obviously different, but I am convinced that I will find the same determination and hunger to succeed. I look forward to helping Alfa Romeo Racing take the next step.”
Kubica was unable to hold onto his racing seat at Williams but he achieved his goal of returning to the sport after his horrific accident. He will enjoy his new adventure and who knows what the future will hold for the Formula 1 legend.
