Verstappen's racing suit auction is completed: raises over £112,000

Max Verstappen's racing suit, with which the Dutchman won Red Bull Racing's 100th victory at the Canadian Grand Prix, has been auctioned off. The two-time world champion's overalls have fetched a huge sum.
The victory in Canada was not only a special one for Red Bull, but also for Verstappen himself. The two-time champion took his 41st victory, meaning he was on a par with Ayrton Senna. He has since added another victory to his tally, after winning the home race of his team, Red Bull Racing, last weekend.

Over £112,333

F1 authentics, the site that sold the suit, reports that the suit sold for £112,333. With this, the winner not only gets the racing suit, but also gets a tour of the Austrian team's factory. In addition, he gets to meet Verstappen himself in the flesh. Who won the suit is as yet unknown. The proceeds will go to the charity Wings for life. They are committed to finding a cure for spinal cord injuries and spinal cord injuries.
