Provisional starting grid | Red Bull grabs front row lockout in Abu Dhabi

After the disappointing performance in the Brazilian Grand Prix, Red Bull Racing seems to be the favorite again for the race in Abu Dhabi. Locking out the front row of the grid, the team has the best starting position on Sunday.

Just behind them, however, there are two Ferraris on the second row of the grid. Charles Leclerc will go on the attack from P3 to secure second place in the final standings, but while it is clear at Red Bull that Sergio Perez can count on Max Verstappen's help this time, it remains to be seen at Ferrari whether Carlos Sainz is willing to do the same.

After all, the Spaniard still has a duel of his own to fight with Lewis Hamilton, who is fifth in the championship with a six-point lead on Sainz. Sainz will be keen to stay ahead of him in the race, but the Mercedes driver is breathing down his neck from his fifth starting position. However, he may still get into a battle with teammate George Russell, who will start next to him.
