Sergio Perez ended qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix in fifth place and will therefore have to start the race from the third row of the grid. The Red Bull Racing driver is not happy with the result and believes it could have been better.

Perez dissatisfied with fifth starting place

After qualifying, he expresses his dissatisfaction with his fifth starting place. "I think there could have been more in it, especially in my last run in Q3," he begins in conversation with Viaplay.
He explains that Red Bull tried different things with the car, because "nothing really worked. "It felt a bit awkward and not quite right, so unfortunately it wasn't a great lap," Perez concludes.
Unlike his teammate, Max Verstappen was relatively satisfied with his qualifying, which he finished with a second time despite technical problems.
