Lewis Hamilton won his 92nd victory of his career in Portugal, making him the most successful GP rider of all time. Although all his colleagues have admired and congratulated him on this, Lando Norris also wants to put it into perspective.
"I’m just happy for him, nothing more," he is quoted by RaceFans.net. “It doesn’t mean anything to me, really. He’s in a car which should win every race, basically. He has to beat one or two other drivers, that’s it. Fair play to him, he’s still doing the job he has to do.”

Mercedes dominance a comment on Hamilton performance

He is certainly not the first driver to mention the dominance of Mercedes as an important reason for Hamilton's performance. Former world champion Jackie Stewart has already openly spoken out about this and Max Verstappen proposed to change cars last weekend.
Norris himself had to put up a full fight in midfield during the race in Portugal. At first, he took advantage of the changed circumstances, just like Sainz, but after a collision with Lance Stroll, he fell back. Something he called a 'stupid action' of the Canadian.
