Red Bull Racing Chief Advisor Helmut Marko, in praising the commitment Max Verstappen shows with motorsport following a successful incursión at the Nordschleife, has slighted other F1 drivers in the process. The others all go to some kind of, I don't know, fashion show or something. And he goes to the Nordschleife.
- Helmut MarkoBefore his recent win at the Nordschleife, however, it was required that the Dutchman received an A Permit to be able to participate in the proffesional endurance competition. It was in this context that the 81-year-old Austrian, highlighted the reigning world champion's commitment to motor racing, whilst at the same time putting down other F1 drivers'.
"Yes, it was impressive," Marko told Viaplay following Verstappen being granted the Permit to race professionally at the norschleife. "And also the commitment he shows [to motor racing.]

"And you know, the others all go to some kind of, I don't know, fashion show or something. And he goes to the Nordschleife. One of the toughest circuits we have."
