Lewis Hamilton ranks in tenth place when it comes to the best-earning athletes of the decade. The Brit has won five titles since 2010 and has enjoyed a highly successful career in the sport.
According to Forbes magazine, the 34-year-old has earned $ 400 million, which a lot of comes from the huge deal he signed with Mercedes a couple of years ago.
Boxer Floyd Mayweather tops the list despite only being involved in a couple of fights, earning $915m, ahead of footballers Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
It may surprise many that Hamilton's rival Sebastian Vettel's annual salary doesn't come too far behind, while Hamilton is the only driver on the grid to remain in the top ten.
There has been talk of a potential move to Ferrari for the 34-year-old, whether this happens or not, the money definitely won't stop coming.
