Horner: "We're now in our best shape of the hybrid era"

Christian Horner believes Aston Martin Red Bull Racing are in their best shape during the current hybrid era. Max Verstappen recorded a high mileage during the first day of testing and Alexander Albon put in over 120 laps on Thursday.

"I think it's been positive for us so far, the car is behaving as predicted and it's on its targets. Focusing on ourselves we're happy with what we've achieved so far. This week is focused on getting mileage on the board and understanding tyres and characters on the car. We're in the best shape we've been in the hybrid era," Horner said.

The four-time world champions are desperate to start the season with form. Horner says the team always develop well, but this year they're looking to start the season with a strong challenge.
