Lewis Hamilton appeared disheartened after a Las Vegas GP where he fought back from P20 to finish in the points. “It's the most meaningless ten places, it doesn't mean anything.”

Ferrari driver survived the first corner melee to finish P10 around the Las Vegas Street Circuit.
After finishing dead last in a rain-affected qualifying session, the seven-time world champion did not appear to take much positivity when asked how much satisfaction he took from an improved Saturday performance.
“Zero. It's the most meaningless ten places, it doesn't mean anything. It's still a bad weekend.”
Pressed to reflected on the positives he could take out of the race result, Hamilton added: “No. At the moment I'm not reflecting on it. It's obviously the same as the last one [race]. There's no point of repeating what I said the last time because it's exactly the same.”
A knock to Ferrari’s constructors standings ambitions
With Hamilton’s
Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc only finishing in P6, the team took home a total of nine points in Las Vegas.
Rivals Red Bull took home 25 points courtesy of a Max Verstappen victory, while a P3 and P5 finish for Mercedes maintains the Silver Arrows’ momentum in the hunt for P2 in the constructors championship.
Hamilton dismissed Ferrari’s chances of finishing P2 in the constructors championship: “I don't even know how many points we have, but at this rate, with my performance, yeah, we don't [have a chance]."
| STANDINGS | TEAM | POINTS |
| P1 | Mercedes | 423 |
| P2 | Red Bull Racing | 391 |
| P3 | Ferrari | 371 |
