Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing), Lando Norris, and Oscar Piastri (both McLaren) have been allowed to skip the press conference preceding the Grand Prix in Belgium. The trio hasn't been invited by the FIA. Lewis Hamilton is the most notable name amongst the attendees expected to be present. Lewis Hamilton will undoubtedly face several questions about the
updates Ferrari brought to Spa, the place where he won the Grand Prix a year ago - following George Russell's disqualification, his teammate at the time.
His successor at Mercedes, the Italian Andrea Kimi Antonelli, will be seated beside Hamilton during the press conference. The rookie has also been invited.
On Friday, Laurent Mekies will speak for the first time in his new role as the team manager of Red Bull Racing. Jonathan Wheatley will also be present, long considered to be the natural successor of Christian Horner at Red Bull. However, the Brit has now taken up a position at Sauber.
