Flodlights to provide fresh Bahrain look for Gasly

Pierre Gasly will have his first experience of a race under the floodlights this weekend.
The Toro Rosso driver retired from the Australian Grand Prix but hopes for better results in Bahrain.
Gasly started from pole in Bahrain during his GP2 days. This has provided much-needed preparation for the Bahrain heat.
“It’s usually pretty hot there, but Formula 1 race during the night which will be something new to me, so we will see,” said Gasly.
“It’s not my favourite track, but it’s quite a cool one!”
His pole position came whilst driving for DAMS and admits he’ll look back at this performance to try and get him his first points finish in Formula 1.
“What comes to my mind when I think about Bahrain is pole position in 2015.
“I was on pole in the GP2 race the second time we went there - it’s the first time I’m going to race there with a Formula 1 car”
