FP3 results in Las Vegas | Russell tops timesheet, Verstappen fourth

No loose manhole covers, but full grandstands and no furious team bosses. The third free practice session ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix was different from the first. George Russell finished the session at the top of the timesheet during the third session in the Gambling City.

The session was not really exciting, as many drivers decided not to enter the track until later. Among others, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez entered the track with only 35 minutes left on the clock. During the session, there were a few moments between Magnussen and Leclerc. The two drivers were bickering a bit with each other on the track.

Alex Albon's crash caused an early end to the session. His tyre rolled across the track after kissing the wall. Verstappen did not get beyond the fourth time, partly because of the early end.
