The final starting grid for the F1 Sprint race in Miami is in: Red Bull Racing's Yuki Tsunoda will start from the pitlane, and nothing changes at the front.
Andrea Kimi Antonelli will start from pole, ahead of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris. Behind the top 3, Max Verstappen will start from P4, with Antonelli's teammate George Russell behind him in P5.
P6 and P7 are reserved for the Ferrari pair, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, who will see Williams' Alexander Albon in their rearview mirrors in P8. Isack Hadjar will start directly behind the Thai driver and Fernando Alonso will start in P10.

Tsunoda starts the F1 Miami Sprint race from the pitlane

Red Bull Racing, took advantage of the fact that Yuki Tsunoda would start the sprint race in P18 to modify the change of the setup of the car ahead of the Saturday morning race.
If this was done in an effort to try out a different setup that the Japanese driver might feel more comfortable in, or if a more aggressive approach was taken to try and help him reach the point scoring positions, it is not yet known.
During a Sprint race, it is not the top 10 drivers who score points, but rather the top 8. With Tsunoda starting from the pitlane it might be a very tough ask to see him climb all the way to P8.
