Max Verstappen has made a clear statement - presumably - to the Netflix crew as they were filming the well-known series 'Drive to Survive' at the Spanish Grand Prix. As the Dutchman was visible tired of the crew being constantly on his heels, he decided to show his feelings about it. Verstappen pushes Netflix microphone away
During the Spanish Grand Prix weekend, Verstappen seemingly had enough with all the filming. As he was walking through the pit lane with Lando Norris and Gabriel Bortoleto, a cameraman and a person recording the sound - apparently from Netflix - were walking behind the three drivers.
The Dutchman then decided to push the microphone away. The crew did not really bother with what happened, as the microphone dropped back down after, however the four-time world champion managed to get his point across.

The popular and well-known 'Drive to Survive' series delivered F1 to a new and wider target audience. The series also shows exclusive footage, such as conversations or behind-the-scenes moments with the drivers, however, not everyone is equally happy to contribute.
Verstappen has been critical of the series for years, and an incident also happened this year's season. When covering the 2024 Miami Grand Prix, the Red Bull driver was portrayed sad because Lando Norris won, and the crew included footage from the 2024 Dutch Grand Prix in that scene.
