Domenicali doesn't want to know anything about Ferrari return

Stefano Domenicali has ruled out a Ferrari return in the near future. The former team boss of the Italian formation has been associated in recent months with a switch to the Maranello based race stable, but according to Domenicali himself none of this is true.
Domenicali could work as "executive director" at Ferrari. That would have been at the expense of Louis Camilleri, as would have been the plan of FIA President John Elkann. Domenicali laughs the story away a little: "When it comes to Ferrari, the news becomes uncontrollable. I've known Elkann for years and we always talk about the world of cars. But the rumour that I would be back in Maranello is reporting without any basis. It's not based on anything."
The current president of Lamborghini replaced Jean Todt from 2008, but the stay of the Italian wasn't an undivided success, because world championships (unlike with Todt at the head) weren't caught. Eventually Domenicali resigned at the beginning of 2014 after some bad results in the first three Grands Prix of the season.

Satisfaction with Binotto

Domenicali further states in the interview with Corrierre della Sera that she is satisfied with Mattia Binotto's work as technical director and team boss. "I am convinced that Binotto has done a good job. He learned quickly and showed skill and balance", he concludes.
