Date of Las Vegas GP 2023 revealed

The date of the latest addition to the 2023 Formula One calendar has been announced. The 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place in the final phase of the season from 16 to 18 November.

The race, which will take place along the famous Strip in the gambling city, will take place just before the end of the season in mid-November, reports Motorsport.com. The race will take place in the night from Saturday to Sunday, making it possible to follow the race in Europe around a reasonable time in the morning. The Las Vegas GP forms a double-header with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

It was already expected that the Grand Prix would take place at the end of the season. There was already an announcement about that. Not much else has come out about the upcoming event. However, F1 did cause a stir with the purchase of a piece of land in Las Vegas, on which a permanent F1 complex is to be built. The Las Vegas GP does not look set to be a one-day event.
