David Coulthard was photographed being joined by friends after a lively night in Puerto Banus, near Marbella, where he had been celebrating his stag do ahead of his upcoming wedding to Swedish model Sigrid Silversand.
With his wedding fast approaching, the former McLaren and Red Bull driver seemed to make the most of the celebrations during his stag do. Coulthard is due to marry 32-year-old Sigrid in Monaco before hosting wedding celebration in his native Scotland in July.
According to The Sun, the festivities stepped up a gear the following day as Coulthard's stag party moved into full swing. The group reportedly spent the day at Ocean Club Marbella, one of the most prestigious beach clubs in Puerto Banús, enjoying food, drinks, champagne and poolside celebrations. As the day turned into night, the party is said to have continued across several bars and venues in the area.
The celebrations reportedly carried on until the early hours, with Coulthard and his friends spending much of the night out on the town. The publication also released photos showing the former F1 driver leaving one of the venues while being assisted by friends. Among those said to have joined the stag party were English TV personality and model Chris Hughes, along with Sky Sports commentator Martin Brundle.

One onlooker reportedly said, as quoted by The Sun: “He and his mates are all in their 50s and 60s, but partied like it was 1999. David looked like he’d had the time of his life.” Another reveller added: “David happily posed for snaps with fans and was never without a glass in his hand. At one point he slipped and almost fell.”

Schumacher questions Verstappen's mixed signals: 'He needs to make up his mind'

The former German driver recently shared his thoughts on Verstappen's situation, arguing that the Dutchman will eventually need to make a clear decision about his future so that both he and Red Bull can focus entirely on what lies ahead. Schumacher noted that Verstappen's recent remarks have sent mixed signals, with one moment suggesting he is fully committed to staying and the next hinting that ongoing issues could affect his enjoyment of the sport. In his view, the uncertainty cannot continue indefinitely, and a firm decision would allow everyone involved to concentrate on the future.
He pointed out that the Dutchman's comments have been somewhat contradictory, alternating between expressing confidence in his long-term future with the team and raising concerns about his enjoyment of the sport. According to Schumacher, the uncertainty surrounding Verstappen's situation is becoming increasingly difficult to interpret, and a clear decision would benefit everyone involved as Red Bull looks to move forward.

“One day he says he’ll be driving in 2027, that everything is fine and that he feels comfortable. The next day he says that if things continue like this, he could start losing his enjoyment again. It’s all a bit complicated. At some point, he needs to make up his mind, and the whole team has to focus on looking forward.”
