Sir Frank Williams, the founder and former owner of the Williams F1 team, has been admitted to hospital. It was announced by the family through the Williams team on Tuesday evening.
Why Williams has been hospitalised has not been disclosed. "Frank's medical condition is a private matter and therefore the family will not be releasing any further details at this time," explained the statement. It does say that Williams' condition is stable.
