Ricciardo: "Cyril congratulated me, but doesn't take a second tattoo"

Daniel Ricciardo was suddenly able to finish on the podium due to the failure of Max Verstappen. For the second time in the last three races, the Australian finishes in third position.

"It was a bizarre race. I came fourth after the start. That was the best we could do after the start. Perez had very good speed and came alongside during the pit stops. I'm not sure what happened to Max, but it got us into the fight," said Ricciardo after the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.

"Kvyat came out of nowhere in the last few laps. But it was fun. Two podiums in three races! Cyril congratulated me, but said he wouldn't take a second tattoo. Maybe someone else on the team," the Australian continued.

"It's an incredibly fun job to ride. It's obviously very hard to overtake, but the track itself is great," Ricciardo concluded.
