The Bristol Post explained that he had “considerable success” in business. He also put in £100 million into start-up companies through Horatio Investments. He also has a stake in Hargreaves Lansdown worth, in 2016, £187 million. The outlet also claimed he “gained a reputation for innovation”. In 2018, Norris’ was the 501st richest person in the United Kingdom.
