What happened on Day 3?

A total of six teams and eight drivers completed laps the previous day.

Kimi Antonelli reportedly set the fastest time during Day 3 of the 2026 Barcelona pre-season test.

Williams shares update on pre-season plans

Williams team boss James Vowles has confirmed that his team will be ready for the Bahrain test. Beforehand, the Grove-based team will also complete a filming day shakedown as well.

He said: "I'm pleased to say that we've passed all necessary tests and we're ready to run in Bahrain and we'll carry out a promotional filming day ahead of it. We're also carrying out a VTT [Virtual Track Test].

"We've been running that pretty much in tandem to Barcelona and everyone here in Grove is working absolutely flat-out with incredible passion and dedication to get us ready. We're really looking forward to getting out on track."

Vowles explained that he can count on the support of both Carlos Sainz and Alexander Albon as well.
