Kelly Piquet has shared a sweet snap with Max Verstappen and their daughter Lily in Monte Carlo on social media. The Classic Monaco Grand Prix has kicked off today, marking the start of a three-day event running through to the weekend from April 24 to 26. The race is dedicated to historic single-seaters spanning multiple eras, from pre-Formula 1 machinery of the 1930s to the early
F1 cars of the 1950s and 1960s, and the iconic machines of the 1970s and 1980s, often regarded as the golden age of analogue racing.
The cars on track are either original or meticulously restored, and are driven by a mix of former professional racers, collectors and gentleman drivers. Via her Instagram Stories, the daughter of three-time world champion Nelson shared a photo showing the Dutchman holding baby Lily in his arms, as Max pointed out the cars racing past on track to his daughter.

Kelly Piquet goes on US trip while Verstappen busy at the Nordschleife
While Verstappen was racing last weekend with his GT3 team, Kelly Piquet was in the United States,
sharing a series of snapshots on social media from a trip between New York and Los Angeles, where she was joined by her daughter Penelope.
At the same time, Verstappen was in Germany competing in the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers, an event overshadowed by the tragic death of 66-year-old Juha Miettinen, who lost his life following a serious on-track incident on Saturday. After a minute’s silence was observed ahead of Sunday’s race, the Dutchman led the field for part of the event but was ultimately denied victory alongside his Austrian team-mate Lucas Auer due to a technical issue.
