Valterri Bottas successful in another pro-cycling event in California

Valtteri Bottas has had a slow start to his 2024 F1 season. The Finn is yet to score a point with Stake F1 (Sauber) this season and will be hoping to get off the mark at Imola next weekend. The 10-time Grand Prix winner seems to have had more success in cycling this year than in F1. Just a few weeks ago, he placed 6th in his age group at the Swartberg 100 and now has finished 11th at the Grasshopper Adventure Series in Northern California alongside his girlfriend, professional Australian cyclist Tiffany Cromwell.

Bottas an ace on two and four-wheels

After the event concluded, Bottas revealed details about his day on his Instagram story: "122.8 KM-Solid course! Finished 11th Men 30-39"
His girlfriend, Tiffany, said on her Instagram story: "My day ended after 40 KM when I managed to hit the edge of a pothole on one of the fast descents, turns out my wheel didn't like it so much!"
