The ruling on Laura Villars' legal challenge is set to take place on 3 December in France.
The Swiss racing driver and entrepreneur was one of three candidates to announce her bid to run against incumbent President
Mohammed Ben Sulayem in September.
When the list of potential vice-presidents was revealed from around the world, only one name from South America appeared: Fabiana Ecclestone, the wife of former
F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone.
The Brazilian has previously pledged her alliance to the Emirati, making it practically impossible for any other candidate to run for the position, since a vice-president can only appear on a single candidate’s list.

Tim Mayer also withdrew from the race after hosting a press conference at the Circuit of the Americas.
He said: "So how can an election be over when the ballot is more than two months away? This time, there will be no election. There will be no debate between ideas, no comparison of vision, no examination of leadership.”Date set for ruling in Paris
At the end of the previous month,
Villars secured an emergency court hearing in the French capital for 10 November. Now, a date has been set for the ruling, Villars’ lawyer told
Reuters.
After an emergency judge heard the matter at the Judicial Court of Paris, the ruling will take place on 3 December.
The election is set to take place on 12 December in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
