Sergio Perez presented Red Bull Racing staff with a nice gift after the end of the 2022 season. The Mexican driver arranged for all 1,400 employees to receive a bottle of Patron Tequila, a typical Mexican alcoholic drink. The staff received the bottle of tequila in Milton Keynes last week.
The tequila represents a value of around 40 euros. In total, this means Perez spent more than 50,000 euros on these gifts, but with his estimated annual salary of around seven million euros, the 32-year-old driver is unlikely to be at a loss for words.
Moreover, Perez and Patron Tequila have an official partnership and so there is also a chance that Perez was allowed to hand over 1,400 free bottles to all Red Bull employees. Either way, a nice gesture from Checo.
