Marko jokes about Wolff: "As far as we know, the FIA decides"

Mercedes hopes that Formula 1 will ban Red Bull's concept. In order to do so, they will probably have to lodge an official protest. Should the current world champion decide to do so, it seems obvious that Marko will lodge a protest against the moving front wing of the W12. "We are armed," says the Austrian advisor.

Red Bull's top man continued: "Our car was accepted by the FIA, then the rules for the flexure tests were changed. And they come into effect in two weeks time in Le Castellet (French Grand Prix, ed.). If Mr Wolff wants it earlier, that is his wish. As far as we know, the FIA decides."

Mercedes reckons Red Bull can gain half a second per lap, an unprecedented advantage of course. As to how much time it actually saves, Red Bull makes no comment.
