FP1 Full Results | Verstappen's first drive as a father, session red-flagged after crash

George Russell and Kimi Antonelli were on fire for most of the practice session. Russell remained on top until the last seven minutes, when he was knocked down a few slots after drivers switched to softs. Max Verstappen started out on top but decided to make a few set-up changes during the practice. After remaining down for a little bit of the session, he popped up into P3 just before Ollie Bearman crashed.

Yuki Tsunoda could not keep up with Verstappen, ending up in P8, five positions behind the Dutchman.
