Changes are not always fun and certainly not if that means that there is suddenly no more sport on TV. However, according to Marc Priestley, you could learn a lot from Formula 1 and how to deal with changes like this.

Your help against boredom

At the moment everyone is at home because of the coronavirus and the question is when we can leave our house and shake hands with each other. For the time being, no improvement seems to be visible, so everyone stays indoors as much as possible. With no sports on TV, the choice is therefore not huge for those who stay at home.
However, according to Priestley, you can learn a lot from F1 employees today. They are in fact working every day to adapt to changing circumstances and can therefore deal very well with these kinds of situations. The former McLaren mechanic will explain exactly how that works.
