Albon passes Russell in magnificent fashion: 'F1 is the winner here'

Alexander Albon and George Russell fought out a great duel at the Virtual British Grand Prix. In the end, the Thai took the win with some stunning action on the final lap.

Just like last year, Formula 1 has once again organised the championship with Virtual Grands Prix. The F1 game from Codemasters will be used again this year to find out who is the fastest driver on the different tracks. In the second race, Albon was the fastest on track.

On the last lap, Albon overtook Russell in a clever move. For the Brit the lost place had no major consequences, because at the finish line the victory was in Russell's hands. Albon had a time penalty outstanding, which allowed Russell to win the second race. Luckily, we still have the pictures.
