Toto Wolff has had his say on the controversial penalty given to Sebastian Vettel at the Canadian Grand Prix, describing it as a "60/40 decision" whichever side you're on.
Vettel was handed a five-second penalty after an incident on lap 48 which almost forced Lewis Hamilton into the wall. The decision by the stewards meant Vettel was unable to build enough of a lead and eventually finished P2 with Hamilton taking another victory.
In response to a question posed by Martin Brundle, the Mercedes boss said: "Listen Martin I'm not going to argue with that one.
"It's never 100 per cent black and white, wherever you stand its 60/40 decision, for and 60/40 against, and fair enough to interpret the other way and I respect your opinion.
"They have come up with a controversial decision but they have just put into place what is black and white.

"We need to rely on regulations and this is why we go racing, if we want to change regulations and I'm up for that."
The result means Hamilton extended his lead at the top as Ferrari continue to search for their first win of 2019.
