Zak Brown, the CEO of McLaren, can't stand him. He'll never be friends with Toto Wolff - the Mercedes F1 team's CEO and team boss - either. Christian Horner is certainly not a favorite among the other team principals. The Red Bull Racing top man, himself has an idea why that is.
Horner also realizes that he's not liked by everyone in the F1 paddock. The Brit doesn't mind, as he tells PlanetF1: “Inevitably, you’re not going to be able to please everybody. Things get played out in the media and so on. But I’ve always been the same person."
"I’ve always operated the way I operate. I expect 100 per cent, and I’ll give 100 per cent. But sometimes that makes you unpopular with your rivals," says Horner. “The best way to become unpopular in this business is to win, and we’ve done a fair amount of that over the last few years.”

For example, Zak Brown was annoyed that Horner kept complaining about the alleged illegality of the McLaren car, while the FIA saw no violations. The American even called on Horner to file a complaint, but the Red Bull man did not.
Toto Wolff was annoyed by Horner at the last race in Canada, after the Brit filed a - not by Verstappen supported - protest against George Russell's victory. Wolff called that 'pathetic'.
