Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen will have no updates to their cars for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, just like the rest of the grid.
According to the FIA’s car presentation document, no changes were announced, meaning that none of the 10 teams introduced performance-based or track-specific updates for Interlagos.
As a result, next to all teams’ names, the federation's document reads: "No updates submitted for this event."
Therefore, the drivers will have to continue their battles using their current packages.
In terms of the drivers' title, Lando Norris leads teammate Oscar Piastri by a single point, while Max Verstappen is 36 points behind the Briton.
Moreover, 10 points separate
Ferrari, Mercedes, and
Red Bull Racing in the battle for second place in the constructors’ standings.
Racing Bulls, Aston Martin, Haas and Sauber, separated by just 12 points,
are also battling for sixth place.

This is also because a major regulation change will come into effect next year. As a result, teams are already focusing on their 2026 challengers.
However, changes can still be made before the end of the season. For example, track-specific parts could still be introduced for the Las Vegas Grand Prix due to the street circuit’s unique characteristics.
