Kimi Antonelli believes Mercedes could learn from a ‘disappointing’ Mexico City GP.
"Obviously it was disappointing, but still the main thing is that we recognize the mistake and now we can we can move forward."

As the two Mercedes ran behind Oliver Bearman’s Haas, George Russell was initially denied the chance to swap positions with Antonelli, who was ahead of him.
Later, Mercedes decided to make the call, but after the Briton failed to overtake Bearman, and Oscar Piastri also went past him, he handed back the position to Antonelli.
Talking to the media ahead of the Brazil GP, the rookie explained that the team addressed the situation at length.

He said: "Yes, I mean, we had a meeting with the team and the good thing is we were all on the same page.
"We were aligned, we saw what we did wrong and now we know better for the future if the same situation happens.

Antonelli and Russell crossed the finish line at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in sixth and seventh place, respectively. As a result, the team fell back to third in the Constructors’ standings behind Ferrari as the battle for second continues.
The rookie concluded: "Obviously it was disappointing, but still the main thing is that we recognize the mistake and now we can we can move forward. We still got four races where we need to be up to our game in order to regain that P2 in the championship."
