The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has just finished, and Lando Norris has just been crowned world champion. Here are the full results. Max Verstappen won the
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for Red Bull, but it wasn't enough to take the championship.
The Dutchman did everything he could, but Lando Norris' third place was enough to take the title.
Oscar Piastri tried something different with the hard tyre at the start and finished second.
The other
McLaren of Norris finished third and made minimal errors under pressure from Charles Leclerc in the final stint.
George Russell rounded out the top five at the last race of the season with a mature drive to fifth position.
Further down the order, Fernando Alonso took sixth place ahead of Esteban Ocon.
Lewis Hamilton recovered from 16th on the grid to end the race in P8 while Oliver Bearman and Gabriel Bortoleto rounded out the top 10.
At the start, Verstappen led from pole position and maintained his advantage into the first turn for Red Bull.
The Dutchman defended from Norris at the start before Piastri took second place from his teammate on the opening lap.
