Lando Norris has expressed his appreciation for competitor Max Verstappen in an interview with the British media, and also addressed the rumours surrounding the Dutch driver.
Verstappen has been linked with a move from Red Bull Racing to the Mercedes team for some time now. Where such a step seemed highly unlikely in the past, the concept of Verstappen as a Mercedes driver by 2025 sounds a lot more plausible.
The rumour mill hasn't stopped since the disappointing race weekend for Red Bull in Austria. Lando Norris, too, could not escape questions about the future plans of his great rival Verstappen.

Norris addresses Verstappen rumors

When asked by Sky Sports if he was shaking with fear at the idea of Verstappen as a Mercedes driver, he said: "No, no, I don't really care, to be honest. I don't care where he goes."
"I appreciate Max as a competitor, a bit tough, but I do enjoy our battles together, and he's the boss where he decides to go and then he decides to go where he thinks is best," said Norris.
