New Formula 1-themed version of iconic card game UNO announced

A new Formula 1-themed version of the iconic card game UNO has been announced.

UNO Elite Formula 1 will feature official F1 drivers, cars, circuits and teams all as part of a special edition of the card game.
It is the second collaboration between F1 and toy company Mattel after they launched a new F1-themed version of their Hot Wheels brand earlier in the year.
The new F1 edition of UNO will feature more than 100 unique Formula 1 inspired Elite Action cards available in a range of colours and special edition foil variations, with a total of more than 1,000 unique cards available to collect.

F1 and Mattel strengthen ties

Fans can pre-order these in the form of both a starter pack and an additional ‘booster set’.
Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1 Emily Prazer said: “UNO is one of the most loved games in the world which brings people together. The release of the UNO Elite™ Formula 1® edition sets marks another exciting collaboration between F1 and Mattel.
“As a brand, we always want to show up for our fans in new and innovative spaces, and I cannot wait for players to bring the competitiveness, drama, and excitement of Formula 1 to this iconic game.”
Katie Buford, Vice President, Global Head of Games, Mattel said: “This expansion to UNO Elite brings the excitement of the pinnacle of motorsport to the world’s most popular traditional game in a unique interactive way.
“Both UNO and Formula 1 have extremely passionate fanbases and these partnerships allow us to bring new fans into our respective spaces."
UNO joins Hot Wheels as the second collaboration between Formula 1 and Mattel, which was officially launched earlier in the year.
Previous special editions of UNO also include Minecraft, NFL, Harry Potter and Spiderman.

Aston Martin and Ferrari now available for purchase

Formula 1 and Mattel’s Hot Wheels have expanded their 1:64 diecast collection to include Ferrari and Aston Martin, completing the lineup so all teams are now represented.
Executives Emily Prazer (Formula 1) and Ted Wu (Mattel) highlighted the authentic liveries and detailed designs, offering fans a way to collect or play with 2025 cars from every team. Read the full story here.
