Max Verstappen looks back satisfied with a sprint race in which he says he maximised. However, there is work to be done for Red Bull Racing, which Verstappen says still lacks speed.
"If you look at it like that. I think it is positive, I tried to give it a go but unfortunately, the last eight laps we just didn't have the pace to the others. Just trying to survive out there, I'll take P3 as the others were catching up. It was tough today to manage the tyres," Verstappen said after the race.

What does Verstappen expect from qualifying?

After the sprint race, the teams have another chance to adjust the car for qualifying later on Saturday afternoon, so Red Bull have the chance to make improvements, but Verstappen doubts it will help much. "It's okay, we'll try to make it better, look into the date but in general we just lack some overall pace," Verstappen concluded.
