Magnussen likens Interlagos to a go-kart track

The end of the Formula One season is fast approaching with the drivers now heading to Brazil for the penultimate race of the season. Haas driver Kevin Magnussen believes that the track in Brazil has similarities to a go-kart track.

The Danish driver has collected just 20 points so far this season which sees him down in 16th in the drivers' standings.

"Interlagos is a great track. It's a little bit like a go-kart track," Magnussen told Haas in their race preview.

"It's all in a small area without long stretches between corners. I'm looking forward to going there and hopefully getting a good result."

The Dane secured a strong result in Brazil last season, coming through in ninth place.

Going into the final two races, Magnussen leads the battle with his teammate Romain Grosjean, holding a 12 point advantage in the standings.
