Hulkenberg can go to IndyCar after Williams: ECR, Veekay's team, is interested

Nico Hulkenberg has not been able to secure a seat in Formula 1 for a while now and it looks like it will be a difficult story for next year as well. However, outside of Formula 1, there are plenty of parties interested in the German's services.

According to Racer Hulkenberg can count on interest from the IndyCar world. This was also the case last year, but then he chose Formula 1 over another racing class. Now Ed Carpenter Racing, ECR, is said to be interested and there have even been talks.

Besides Hulkenberg current driver Conor Daly is also a candidate to sit next year in the seat next to Rinus van Kalmthout, also known as Rinus Veekay in America. Hulkenberg however is also one of the drivers Williams is keeping an eye on.

There is no lack of interest for the German, who will probably find a new job as a driver. Whether this will be in Formula 1 or somewhere else, remains to be seen.
