The Ice Man today turns 39! And he's not stopping there! Kimi Raikkonen has just four races left inside a Ferrari cockpit, after which he'll move back to Sauber. A deal which will see him remain in the sport until he is at least 41.
Since the turn of the century, just Michael Schumacher has driven an F1 car into his 40's. Prior to that, Nigel Mansell reached 41 years, nine months old in his final F1 race in 1995. The top 10 oldest drivers in F1 hasn't been touched since the 1950's. Raikkonen will have to spend another 10 years in F1 to trouble that list.
But, on Raikkonen's Birthday, we have to forget about the numbers and look at the best bits which made the Finn a legend of the sport.
