Mika Hakkinen wants to remind Charles Leclerc that Sebastian Vettel is not a "pushover" and that his four world titles didn't come from nowhere. Ferrari have struggled with their internal relationships so far this season but will hope that the respect between their two drivers remains intact.
"There is tension in Ferrari between the drivers, and Charles is learning some tough lessons. Including the fact that Sebastian did not win four World Championships by being a pushover," Hakkinen said to Unibet
"Compared to Mercedes, Ferrari does not yet have the perfect teamwork between the drivers, and they need to do that if they are going to win consistently. Fighting inside a team never works."
Vettel and Leclerc have both proved that they are blisteringly fast Formula 1 drivers and there is an increased tension at Ferrari. It will be interesting to see who comes out on top at the end of the season.
