George Russell has been motivated by seeing how hard Lewis Hamilton works on and off the track.

Formula 1 debutant George Russell is looking up to the best for advice. The British driver has seen how hard Lewis Hamilton works and will be looking to emulate it.

"There's a number of different perceptions of how Lewis's commitment is over the course of the year," said Russell to Autosport.

It is clear to see that Russell has implemented some of Hamilton's work ethic into his own career.

"I'm trying to excel in all areas," says Russell.

"If you want to become world champion you cannot just rely on your speed on the track."
