The third and final practice session ahead of the British Grand Prix saw Charles Leclerc set the quickest time. FP3 was slightly delayed by five minutes as the marshals swept the track, but the session swiftly got underway.
Ferrari were very competitive at
Silverstone as both Leclerc and his teammate, Lewis Hamilton, had good pace.
Both drivers challenged near the top of the times as the Italian team look stronger than in previous races.
Hamilton was on a very good lap in the closing stages, but couldn't complete it as a red flag was shown due to debris on the track. He ended up in P11.
The front of the field looked very close while Oliver Bearman performed admirably in his Haas and ended up in sixth place.
George Russell had a more difficult session and locked up in sector one in the final few minutes of the session.
Gabriel Bortoleto spun in the final moments of third practice, which brought out the red flag and ended the session.
